A contract was signed to provide Ramkhamheang University 25 rai of land for education purpose from Phet Phra Phrom Company Limited which was signed by Mr.Wirat ltsrapitakkul, Executive Chairman of Phet Phra Phrom Company Limited, and Professor Rangsan Seangsuk, the President of Ramkhamheang University at the time, on May 27, 1992.
On August 10, 1995 Mr.Banyat Chanthasen, Govemor fo Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Mr.Wirat ltsarpitakkul, Executive Chaiman of Phet Phra Phrom Company Limited, Mr.Bunchu Treethong,  His Excellency the Minister of University Affairs, presided the opening ceremony of the sing of Acdemic Services in Honor of His Majesty the King Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 
The first group of Ramkhamhaeng University Nakhon Si Thammarart Campus in Honon of His Majesty the King performed a ceremony to pay homage to teacher in the beginning of 1995,Phet Phra PPhrom Company Limited constructed 3 temporary classroom building for teaching and learning in undergraduate level in fields which were Law, General Administration, Plitical
Administration, and Mass Communication in 1996, a permanent buiding was built on an area of 25 rai by Phet Phra Phrom Company Limited.
The property's deed were transterred to Ramkhamhaeng University."Chaloem Phrakiat Building of Nakhon Si Thammarart Province Campus" is the name of this first building of the campus.
The alphabets in the King Ramkhamhaeng the Great era were written and stone pillar of building.
li was used as graduate student classroom building which was opened the first time at Ramkhamhaeng University Nakhon Si Thammarart Campus in Honor of His Majesty the King.
There were 3 programs of 3 faculties which were Business Adminjstration, Educational Administration and Political Science it was extremeiy successful to draw a lot of people from both government sectors and private sectors in applying for admission.
Ramkhamheang University Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus in Honor of His Majesty the King provides master's degree programs first time with two-way interaction "VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM" via satellite.
Later in 1997, Ramkhamhaeng University Nakhon Si Thammarart Campus in Honor of His Majesty the King received 12 million bahts and construct a classroom building for undergraduate level and graduate level
lt is completed now and ready for use as classroom, library and administration.
